Step 2
Spend time discussing your requirements, choosing products and fabrics.
Step 3
Upon accepting our proposal we require a deposit for production to commence. Typically 3-4 weeks, should any fabrics be delayed you will be notified immediately. Shutters will always take longer.
Step 4 – Install
You will be contacted and an appointment confirmed for our highly experienced fitter to install your window dressings. Your existing window dressings must be removed prior to this unless previously arranged with your consultant.
Step 5
Payment of balance must be made on day of installation.
